    Residents in Kingston are experiencing unusually high water levels for this time of year.

    Water in Watts Bar is on the rise. According to TVA, the water level is above their typical summer levels right now.

    Watts Bar Dam is discharging more than 74,000 cubic feet per second. That translates to about 554,000 gallons each second. TVA is working to... ...
